박문집 교수님은 University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign에서 학사 및 박사 학위를 받으셨습니다. 카이스트와 IBS에서 연구원으로 활동 하시고, 2023년도 한양대학교 물리학과에 조교수로 임용 되었습니다. 특히, 물질의 위상상에 대하여 이론적으로 연구를 진행하셨고 저명한 논문에 이에 대한 연구를 발표하셨습니다.
이번 콜로퀴움에서는 물질에서 나타나는 위상에 관하여 소개해주실 예정입니다.
Professor Moon Jip Park received his B.S. and Ph.D. degrees from the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign. He worked as a research fellow at KAIST and IBS, and joined as an Assistant Professor in the Department of Physics at Hanyang University in 2023. His research interests focus on the theoretical study of topological phases of matter, and he has published his findings in prestigious journals.
In this colloquium, he will introduce the concept of topological phases and topologies in condensed matter system.
